Le Détroit (French pronunciation: [lə detʁwa] ⓘ, literally "The Strait") is a commune in the Calvados department in the Normandy region in northwestern France.
Geography
[edit]The commune is part of the area known as Suisse Normande.[3]
The commune is made up of the following collection of villages and hamlets, Le Beau du Douit, Les Noës du Fay and Le Détroit.[4]
The commune has six streams running through it The Val la Here, La Boullonniere, The Val d'Anis and The Val Corbel.
